30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your PromptForge bundle for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund: (a) your request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase; (b) you must contact us using the email address associated with your order; (c) we may ask you to briefly describe the reason for the refund (optional but helpful). We do not require you to return or delete the digital files; we operate on trust.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at promptforgeadmin@promptforge.io with the subject line “Refund request” and include the email address you used to purchase. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method; timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available: (a) after 30 days from the purchase date; (b) for repeat refunds if we suspect abuse (e.g. multiple purchases and refunds of the same product); (c) for chargebacks initiated without first contacting us — we encourage you to reach out so we can resolve any issue before you contact your bank.
