1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the PromptForge website and purchasing our digital products (“Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services or purchase our Products.

2. Products and Licences

PromptForge sells digital prompt bundles and related materials. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the prompts for personal and commercial purposes, including client work. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the raw prompt files with third parties outside your organisation. You may use the outputs generated with the prompts without restriction.

3. Payment and Delivery

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. After successful payment, you will receive access to download your Product(s) via the link provided in your confirmation email. Delivery is digital and instant; no physical goods are shipped.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please see the Refund Policy page for eligibility and how to request a refund.

5. Updates

Where “lifetime updates” or similar is stated for a Product, we will provide access to updated versions of that Product at no extra charge. We do not guarantee a specific update schedule. Access to updates may require logging in or using the same email used at purchase.

6. No Professional Advice

Our Products are for informational and productivity use only. They do not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the prompts and any outputs in your business.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
